After the unrest at Delhi, over 300 cops sustainedinjuries during the clash with farmers agitating against the contentious threelaws. Union Home Minister, Amit Shah today met the injured cops.

SN Srivastava, Delhi Police Commissioner, according toNews18 said that they are grateful to Amit Shah who came and met injured policemen.As per Srivastava, they are giving assistance to the injured policemen andtreatment is being provided free of cost.

Meanwhile, Delhi Police has issued notice to BharatiyaKisan Union's Rakesh Tikait. The police in the notice has asked why no actionshould be taken against Tikait for allegedly breaching the agreement withpolice on January 26.

In a tweet, Amit Shah has written, "Meeting theinjured Delhi Police personnel. We are proud of their courage and bravery."He has also shared a video regarding his visit to a hospital.

Although, the opposition leaders have censured the roleof home ministry and some of them said it was an intelligence failure,otherwise the clash could have been averted.
