A neighboured girl got angered threw boiling lentils on a mother and her 10-month-old daughter only for shouting without any major reason.Due to which the innocent infant girl got badly burnt and there were wounds all over on her body. Both of them have been admitted in burnt condition first to Sultanpur Lodhi hospital and then to Kapurthala Civil Hospital. Doctors said that the girl has suffered 20% burns.  

Chandni, admitted in the Civil Hospital, told that her neighbor girl had come to her house and she was talking to some boy on mobile phone. Meanwhile, her 3 year old child was playing with 10 month old sister Kavya.When both of them were jumping, the accused woman started scolding them. She asked both of them to keep quiet. Seeing this, Chandni said that small children are playing so she should not stop them. Hearing this, she started beating his son.Seeing this, 10 month old daughter Kavya started crying in the lap of the victim. In meanwhile accused neighbourer got angry. She took out the pulses kept to be cooked on the stove and threw it on them. Due to which the girl got badly burnt. When the girl started moaning in pain, the accused neighbourer left from there. After which the victim took the girl to the emergency ward of the hospital. SHO Lakhwinder Singh of Sultanpur Lodhi police station said that a complaint about the incident has been received and  soon action will be taken after recording the statement of the victim woman.
