After two days of continuous trolling and criticism on social media, Republic TV Editor-In-Chief Arnab Goswami has finally broken his silence over his leaked WhatsApp Chats on social media. While people on social media were speculating that the Mumbai Police had allegedly leaked the WhatsApp chats of him and former BARC CEO Partho Dasgupta, Arnab thinks otherwise.

Arnab's response comes at a time when the political parties have started demanding the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe in the leaked WhatsApp chats case. These demands come after political leaders started raising questions that how Arnab knew about the Balakot Airstrikes in advance? They even called Arnab knowing about this confidential information is a matter of national security.

Soon, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan jumped into this controversy. Imran pointed out the leaked chat which hinted that the Balakaot Air Strikes will benefit PM Modi in the Lok Sabha Elections.

Following this, Arnab broke his silence and shared his official statement. On the leaked WhatsApp chats, Arnab said, "What has become obvious now is a Pakistan hand in the conspiracy against Republic. Republic is the inconvenient hurdle in their designs against India. If the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan have come out in support of the malicious police action against the Republic, then nothing much is left to be said. "
