Arrah, Bhojpur: 5 arrested for raising 'Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans in Bihar; Video Viral

The hooliganism of a bunch of youths backfired in Bihar's Arrah when they raised slogans of 'Pakistan Zindabad' after winning a badminton match in Bhojpur. Recently, Bhojpur youths video went viral on social media after they were seen raising pro-Pakistan slogans on the streets after winning a badminton match. Not only this, the youths were carrying the massive winning cup and were shamelessly walking on the streets shouting 'Pakistan Zindabad' slogans. Now, 5 youths have been arrested in the matter and the Bihar Police are in pursuit of the remaining miscreants from the viral video.

Sanjay Kumar Singh, Superintendent of Police (SP) Bhojpur was quoted by a newswire saying that an FIR will be registered after identifying all those who raised pro-Pakistan slogans. He further said that so far five people namely Mohammed Armaan, Mohammed Tanveer, Kallu, and Sonu have been arrested on the basis of the statement of a local guard (Chowkidar). As per reports, a badminton tournament was taking place in Narbirpur Tola, Chandi of the Koilavar block. On Wednesday night, the final match was between Koilavar and Chandi. Several panchayat representatives and Koilavar block leaders also attended the tournament.

In the viral video, it can be seen a person dressed in blue making the video, while two others hold the trophy in their hands during what appears to be a victory procession. While marching, youths can be heard screaming pro-Pakistan slogans. Another video in connection with the incident has gone also gone viral wherein a crowd of around 40-50 people is seen grabbing the youths for raising pro-Pakistan slogans. In the second video, the angry crowd was also seen abusing and giving an earful to the youths. The youths were also forced to chant Hindustan Zindabad and Pakistan Murdabad slogans.
