Election campaign has started in Gujarat for the assembly elections to be held at the end of next year. Like every time, this time also different parties have started preparing to bring the majority Patidar community of the state to their side.
On Sunday, a meeting of the heads of the Patidar society was also held at Khodaldham in Kagvad, in which it has been said that the next Chief Minister should be a Patidar.
The Aam Aadmi Party has also become active regarding this and it is also getting information that AAP is preparing to make Hardik Patel its face to bring the Patidars to its side. In such a situation, it will not be a surprise for Hardik Patel to leave Congress and join AAP.
Congress not much clout of Hardik Patel
Hardik Patel, who is considered to be a young and aggressive leader of the Patidar reservation movement, is currently the working president of Gujarat Congress. However, he did not achieve anything after joining Congress.
Many Congressmen consider Hardik to be the reason for the clean sweep of the Congress in the civic elections. This became a matter of concern for the Patidar community and Hardik. Patidar leaders also believe that BJP no longer gives special importance to them. Due to all these things, there is talk of Hardik joining you.

Strategy to corner the BJP-Congress by making Hardik the face
Last year in civic polls last year, the Patidars helped AAP win 27 seats in Surat. But, the Patidars believe that there must be some big face in their society. Gopal Italia, another big leader of Patidar reservation has joined AAP, but many leaders of Patidar society do not consider him effective. In such a situation, the Patidar leaders have started making a strategy to surround the BJP and Congress by making Hardik their leader.
Strategy of Inducting Aggressive Youth in AAP
In the local body elections held in Gujarat, AAP has got a big success in Surat and has replaced the Congress in the opposition. AAP had formed an organization to contest the 2017 assembly elections, but it was not successful. Taking a lesson from this, the core committee of AAP decided to induct active and aggressive youth in the party, and that they should be made their face.
