Bali's 'secret porn villa’: Cops hunt X-rated films to trace infamous tourist spot

Police in Bali, Indonesia, are searching for a hidden 'porn villa,' where adult film stars and visitors are said to have shot several porn recordings during the pandemic. Indonesia has strict anti-pornography laws that carry severe penalties and legal consequences for violators.

Veronika Troshina, a Russian 'porn princess,' was recently came under fire for shooting a sexcapade with her partner Mikhail Morozov on Bali's sacred Mount Batur. In fact, after Troshina's film became publicly known, the local police learnt about the infamous pornography hotspot. 

Bali is one of the world's most popular tourist destinations. During the epidemic in 2020, many tourists and social media celebrities visited the island, but many of them were deported for the wrong reasons, leading to increased monitoring of expats. Violations of the country's pornography laws can result in a sentence of up to five years in jail.

Veronika Troshina, a Russian pornstar (Instagram/m1han1ka69) was deported for the violations of the laws.

Kristen Gray, an American Lesbian was also deported for helping LGBTQ tourists break Bali's health and visa laws.

After letting her partner to spray holy water from a Bali temple on her buttocks, an Instagram model has received criticism.


After reportedly organising a 'orgasmic' yoga class that featured "tantric whole body orgasm yoga sessions," a Canadian visitor was deported in May 2021 for violating local culture.


Two Instagram stars had been arrested and deported the month before for pranking people at a local supermarket with painted face masks.

Where is the Bali porn villa?
The secret 'porn villa' was first revealed in a widely circulated TikTok video. With the tagline "Welcome to the porn villa," a variety of pornstars can be seen in explicit sexual scenes against a panoramic background. The most of the pornstars in the video were dressed in revealing clothing and appeared to be foreigners, with the exception of one who believed to be Indonesian.

According to Vice, the viral video was quickly called a "sex party" in Indonesian media, forcing the police to open an investigation into the owner of the "porn villa." While the exact location of the villa has been identified, investigators discovered the home abandoned and vacant.

IGA Kerta Suryanegara, the Bali municipal police chief, said, "The building permit is still being investigated by the police. We went to the viral villa several times, but it was always deserted. To avoid acting on assumptions, we will only take action once we have located the villa owner or their representative." The cops allegedly' scoured' pornographic movies and content to pinpoint the villa's exact location.

In the meantime, they've issued a warning to villa and hotel owners, advising them to be more cautious while renting out their homes. They ordered property owners to keep an eye on tourists in order to prevent sex videos from being shot. "We are working with key partners to educate tourists on the necessity of maintaining public order from the minute they arrive in airports, immigration offices, and other places.," Bali police commissioner stated.
