Abdu Rozik, a Tajikistani singer and participant in Bigg Boss 16, has been detained in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on suspicion of theft, causing shock among his fan community in South Asia and the Middle East.
Rozik was reportedly arrested by Dubai authorities at 5 a.m. on Saturday, after he arrived at Dubai International Airport from Montenegro. The arrest was confirmed by his representatives, but they declined to give any additional information. All that is disclosed for now is that he has been arrested on theft charges, as one of his management officials stated.
Dubai officials have still not commented on this. The silence from Dubai officials, as well as the management of Rozik, has raised alarm and worry among his fans, several of whom are still waiting for news coming from his lawyers or other Dubai officials.
Who is Abdu Rozik?
Abdu Rozik is the most popular teenager in the UAE region and South Asia because of his singing ability, internet following, and his appearances on reality TV.
