Bihar: A Couple gifted helmets to 21 guests who attended their wedding to raise 'awareness' of road safety

According to the information, Mahungu Dubey, the elder father of the bride Baby Kumari, had died in a road accident on Chainpur-Rasulpur road 4 years ago. Hurt by this incident, Baby took an oath that she would welcome the wedding processions by presenting them with helmets.
