Sushant-Sing-Rajput SSR-Death-Case Rhea-Chakraborty

To get justice for his son's death, Sushant Singh Rajputs' father, Mr. KK Singh, had lodged an FIR against Rhea Chakroborty in Patna, Bihar, the actress had urged the Supreme Court to transfer the case to Mumbai.

Rhea Chakroborty's lawyer, Shyam Divan, informed the apex court that the FIR filed was not connected to the incident. He also added that Bihar Police should have transferred the case to Mumbai Police.

The hearing is going on right now and it had actually scheduled to begin earlier. However, due to some technical glitch, the hearing was delayed.

Notably, KK Singh had also filed a counter-affidavit before Supreme Court stating the investigation in the FIR has already been transferred to CBI and thus Rhea Chakraborty's plea seeking transfer of probe to Mumbai stands infructuous.

However, in his response to the petition filed by Rhea, Sushant's father alleges that prime suspect Rhea has influenced key witness Siddharth Pithani. He also questioned how the mail sent to Mumbai Police by Siddharth Pithani where he complained against Bihar Police got into Rhea's hands.

It has further been alleged that the mail sent by Siddharth Pithani was after Bihar Police had filed FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and on the eve of the actress moving the Supreme Court with her petition.
