Mamta didi's Trinamool Congress is at number three. The Election Commission says that the BJP has got the maximum donations. The BJP has got five times more donations than Congress. According to the report, the BJP has received donations of more than Rs 785 crore from corporates, electoral trusts and people between 2019-20.

Piyush Goyal, Pema Khandu, Kirron Kher and Raman Singh were among the leaders who donated the most to BGP. Major industry groups like ITC, Kalyan Jewellers, Rare Enterprises, Ambuja Cement, Lodha Developers and Motilal Oswal also donated to the BJP. New Democratic Electoral Trust, Prudent Electoral Trust, Jalkalyan Electoral Trust, Triumph Electoral also donated to the party.

The BJP also got the most support from ITC Group (₹76 crore), Macrotech Developers and real estate companies like BG Shirke Construction Technology (₹35 crore), Prudent Electoral Trust (₹217.75 crore) and Jankalyan Electoral Trust (₹45.95 crore). 

Received more donations

Apart from business houses, the BJP has also received a substantial amount from educational institutions and also from its own MPs and MLAs. 14 educational institutions including Mewar University (₹2 crore), Krishna Institute of Engineering (₹10 lakh), Surat-based GD Goenka International School (₹2.5 lakh) and Pathania Public School, Rohtak (₹2.5 lakh) contributed to the party's election fund. Have given.

According to the information provided by the Congress party, it received a total donation of Rs 139 crore. Apart from this, if we talk about other political parties, the ruling party Trinamool Congress (TMC) in West Bengal has received donations of one hundred and eight crore rupees. The CPI (Communist Party of India) has received Rs 1.3 crore, while the CPI(M) has received a donation of Rs 19.7 crore.
