A Blood Donation Camp was organized by employees of theBDC Blood Centre, Rahon Road, Nawanshahr on Sunday as a mark of respect towardsIndia’s Second President Dr Radha Krishnan & Revered Sister Mother Teresa.
As many as 80 persons donated Blood. Mr.Surinder Kumar anold employee of BloodCentre donated Blood for 50th times on this occasion.
Dr. Ajay Bagga and Dr Dyal Saroop both technical expertsurged all healthy person between 18 to 65 years to make donation a way of life.“Blood donation helps in saving life of patients admitted in health facilityfor shortage of blood”, he said.
Apart from this blood donation helps in strengtheningsecularism, communal harmony and national integration, said Dr.Bagga andDr.Dyal Saroop.
