Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, anaccused in the drugs-on-cruise-ship case, no longer needed to appearbefore the NCB office in Mumbai every Friday as part of his bail condition.

The court stated, "The applicant (Aryan) shallattend the office of NCB Delhi as and when directed by the agency, provided theNCB issues a 72-hour notice to the applicant.” 

Aryan Khan was arrested by the anti-drugs agency onOctober 3. He was accused of possession, consumption, sale and purchase ofbanned drugs. On October 28, he was granted bail by the Bombay High Court.

Meanwhile, The Bombay High Court imposed 14 restrictionson Aryan Khan's release, including the need that he will not leave Mumbaiwithout first telling the police and that he will appear before the agencyevery Friday.

Since his bail, Aryan had visited the NCB’s Mumbai officeon November 5, 12, 19 and 26 and December 3 and 10. Aryan Khan appealed to the Bombay High Court and filed aplea for modification of the bail conditions. He requested somerelaxation in the 14 restrictions imposed on him in his bail plea.

The Bombay High Court earlier shared the detailed bailorder of the Aryan Khan’s drug case, which said that there is no evidence of aconspiracy against Aryan Khan. The High Court has also said that nothingobjectionable was found in WhatsApp conversations between Aryan Khan, ArbaazMerchant, and Munmun Dhamecha related to a drug offense.
