Captain Amarinder Singh announces that PM Modi will soon come to Punjab for election campaign

A few days after the PM security breach incident. The former CM Captain Amrinder Singh has informed that PM Modi and Amit Shah will soon visit Punjab for election campaign

Addressing a public gathering in Patiala, Capatain Amrinder has informed that the PM Narendra Modi will come to Punjab for a rally in the upcoming assembly elections.  Prime Minister may visit Punjab on 7-8 February.  However, the venue of the rally has not been finalized yet. Hopefully, by the time the PM comes, the rallies can be relaxed by the Election Commission.  Former CM Captain Amarinder Singh said this in Patiala today. 

The announcement has comes just a few days after the PM’s security was claimed to be compromised by the Punjab police while he was on his way to attend a rally in Ferozepur district of Punjab.

Captain stated that the PLC-BJP-SAD Sanyukt alliance will bring drastic change in Punjab and India. He said that the state, with its economy in bad shape, was at crossroads and direly needed the Centre’s help to step ahead . He added that Punjab was in quagmire of debt of Rs 70,000 crores, with CM Channi adding Rs 33,000 crore more during his tenure. 

He stressed that the state should work in liaise with the centre’s Government for the better functioning on the state. He asserted that his party has a road-map for the better Punjab. 

He accused Congress of sabotaging by forcing him to resign as the Chief Minister of the state merely six months before the assembly polls.

Meanwhile,  captain again targeted Navjot Sidhu.  The Captain said that what is the point of Sidhu hugging Pak PM Imran Khan and Army Chief  Bajwa?  Why did the Pak PM recommend Sidhu to be made a minister?  It is certain that India will not bow its head before Pakistan. India is ready for any battle.   He said that he had received feedback from Amritsar that Sidhu would not win from Amritsar East assembly seat
