CISF woman constable Kulwinder Kaur, who slapped Bollywood actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut at Chandigarh airport, is the daughter of Kapurthala. It is mentioned that Kulwinder Kaur was married about 6 years ago in Jammu.
According to the information, his brother Sher Singh is a farmer leader of Mahiwal village and is holding the responsibility of Organization Secretary of Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee from Kapurthala.
This has also been confirmed by his brother Sher Singh Mahiwal. His brother Sher Singh said that right now we do not know the whole matter as to why she did and incident how happened .He said he cannot comment as he had no talk still now with his sister Kulwinder. He also said she has been posted at Chandigarh Airport for about 2 years.
He said that I am associated with the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee of Sarwan Pandher and Satnam Pannu. Kulwinder's husband is also in CISF.she has 2 small children (son and daughter).
