Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has left the world and it has been almost 7 months since the actor was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his Bandra residence. Ever since Sushant died, a movement started asking for justice for the late actor. However, things started to get ugly after political parties started participating in it. While some supported people's movement, a section of people stood behind the prime accused and Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty.
Soon, the three premier investigative agencies (CBI, ED, and the NCB) joined the probe, however, no closure has been filed yet. Now comedian Daniel Fernandez used Sushant Singh Rajput's case and its entire episode in his stand-up comedy. Interestingly, the act of Daniel seemed to be biased towards Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty and it also took a jibe at the BJP in the end.
In its comic-act, Daniel said that while the world was asking questions about the COVID vaccine, reviving the economy in India people were shouting for Justice for Sushant. In India, there was already a vaccine of coronavirus i.e. #JusticeForSushant. Daniel also said that Sushant Singh Rajput died allegedly by suicide due to depression. However, the investigative agencies have not filed any closure report yet.
Daniel's comic act irked controversy when he said 'Depression' is just a scapegoat cause. He said, "Depression is a mental illness that makes people say nice things about you after you kill yourself. The whole country was in shock, they could not believe a grown man could take his own life. So in true Indian fashion everyone believed that it must be a woman's fault."
Daniel concluded his comic act on Sushant's case and said, "After all these dramas, Rhea was acquitted by the Bombay High Court as there was no evidence she was part of a drug syndicate. AIIMS hospital declared that Sushant died by suicide, he was not murdered and the CBI went unusually quiet."
Daniel sarcastically said, "All of these dramas could have been avoided if people were just smart enough and have voted for the BJP in Maharashtra elections."
