‘Criminal Justice: A Family Matter’ trailer drops, series pushed to THIS new date

The trailer for the fourth season of thriller drama Criminal Justice - A Family Matter has been released on JioHotstar, the OTT platform that streams the web series. 

The trailer was long-awaited as the release of the film was delayed due to some post-production work. Recently, the authorities have announced that this legal series, which features Pankaj Tripathi as a lead, will now premiere on May 29, 2025. 

Accordingly, in this series, Tripathi will fight for a doctor who was accused of murder, but there are a lot of twists in the case. 

The Criminal Justice - 

Earlier, the release date for the series was May 22. However, the release date was further postponed, and JioHotstar announced it, which read, “Iss baar sach ke do nahi, teen pehlu hain. Mishra Ji ke career ke sabse pecheede case ke liye thoda intezaar aur! #HotstarSpecials #CriminalJustice - A Family Matter, streaming from May 29, only on #JioHotstar.” 

The story - 

The trailer introduces Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub as Dr Raj Nagpal, a well-respected Mumbai doctor who is accused of killing his girlfriend Roshni Saluja (played by Asha Negi). Raj protests his innocence, saying he was attempting to save her. Surveen Chawla plays his wife, Anju Nagpal, who approaches Madhav Mishra's legal services to establish Raj's innocence. The case becomes dramatic when Anju is made a co-accused, making it difficult for Madhav to defend himself.

Shweta Basu Prasad reprises her role as Public Prosecutor Lekha Agastya, while Mita Vashisht reprises Mandira Mathur. Barkha Singh enters Madhav's legal team, and Aatm Prakash and Khushboo Atre also make a comeback in the new season.
