The Municipal Corporation Building Department team took action against unapproved construction at Deck 5 restaurant in Model Town. The action was taken under the supervision of ATP Sukhdev Vishisht. The bar running on the roof of Deck 5 was operating without permission which has since been sealed by the corporation.
At the same time, the managers of The Empire Square Hotel have been given three days' time by the corporation due to there being guesta in the hotel. Reportedly some parts of the hotel are illegal, and the Corporation is taking action against them.
The team of Municipal Corporation's Building Department took action against unapproved construction at two places in Model Town, a posh area of the city, Sukhdev Vashishtha said. The bar and the empire Square Hotel have been sealed now.
