Turkey quake predictor's prediction on 'India-Pak Earthquake' comes true; Read what he had said

Is Turkey Earthquake predictor's prediction coming true?

It is worth noting is that the earthquake that jolted India and its sub-continent was actually predicted by a Dutch Researcher named Frank Hoogerbeets. Frank Hoogerbeets was the researcher who had predicted that Turkey will face a massive quake months before the country faced the deadly natural disaster. Interestingly, after the Turkey earthquake he had predicted something similar for India and its subcontinent. The Dutch Researched in the video can be heard saying, "these areas could be next candidate for larger seismic activity if we look at the atmospheric fluctuations but again keep in mind that these are rough estimates and not all large earthquakes leave a footprint in the atmosphere they do not always announce themselves”. He claims that these projections are tentative because not all significant earthquakes can be detected by atmospheric fluctuations. It is pertinent to mention here that people and scientists did not take the warning or prediction seriously when he made it.
