Tooth Pari Storyline

Before coming to the question, we first need to understand the Tooth Pari storyline in brief. Set in the backdrop of Kolkata (West Bengal), Tooth Pari: When Love Bites starts in a hotel bar with the charming Rumi (Tanya Maniktala), meeting a random man in the club. However, the situation changes when Rumi takes the man to a hotel room and she brings her fans out, and bites him. At first, it seems like Rumi might have killed or turned the man as we see in other Vampire flicks, it is then clarified that Rumi has only deep hyped (hypnotised) the man so that he cannot remember anything. As the man fades, Rumi calls her partner Sreela, who she's giving training in hunting. Taking the fresh blood of the man, the two walk out and we are introduced to the secret world of vampires, who are living underground, away from the sunlight and human life.

Notably, it is AD (Adil Hussain) who is helping the vampires living in an underground world away from humans and sunlight. However, the motive of AD is totally different. While AD helps the vampires living under his shed with the supply of blood and frozen blood, in return AD gets the blood of the vampires which he uses in curing his ailing wife. It means the blood of the vampire helps people with serious sickness recover and AD wants to do business with the rare blood of vampires. Now, coming to the antagonist (if you are pro-vampire), the character of Luna Luka the Witch is played by Revathi. She is the leader of Cutmundus, a group known for hunting vampires. The power of Luna Luca was first witnessed when she killed Sreela, Rumi's friend in the dentist's clinic (Doc Roy's clinic).

When a love story takes over Tooth Pari

A usual yet interesting love story kicks in when Rumi visits Doc Roy's clinic (played by Shantanu Maheshwari). Rumi visits Doc Roy's clinic to get her fangs fixed which she had broken when she was trying to bite another man named Badshah but could not completely do so. Initially Doc Roy's character has been shown confident and that is why Rumi chooses him to get her fangs fixed. However, as time passes, both Rumi and Doctor Roy fell in love with each other despite knowing each other truths.

Did Doc Roy get about Rumi?

The answer is no. (Spoilers Ahead) In the end, Doc Roy was given a choice to be converted into a vampire so that he can live with Rumi forever. However, Doc Roy refused to be converted saying that he wants to love Rumi as a normal human who fears death as well. As a result, the vampires wanted to kill Doc Roy as he knew too much and they could not afford that. However, Rumi's creator David assured that he will deep hype Doctor Roy, as a result, he will forget everything about the Vampire world and even forget Rumi. However, in the end, Rumi visits Doctor Roy once again to get her teeth fixed. When Rumi opens her mouth, Doc Roy smiles hinting that David did not deeply hype the dentist for the sake of his daughter's love. It is pertinent to mention here that there are much more suspense and thrills unveiled in Tooth Pari's Ending.
