

Adelegation of ETT Teachers Union, today met the Education Minister, Vijay InderSingla and expressed gratitude for reciprocating positively towards theirdemand by releasing advertisement for 6635 posts of ETT teachers.
It is worthwhile to mention here that theagitating unemployed teacher Surinder Pal was persuaded to end his protest atPatiala especially accompanied the delegation to thank the Education Minister.
Interacting with the delegation,Singla saidthat the Punjab government was committed to provide ample employment avenuesfor the youth in general and particularly sympathetic towards the hopes and aspirations of the aspiring teachers.The education department had been devising modalities to fulfill their demands.
