The Education Secretary, Krishan Kumar, today visited Government Senior Secondary School, Dadwindi, Kapurthala and asked the Principal Mentors, District Mentors, Block Mentors, Block Nodal Officers,  Zila Sikhiya Sudhar Team Members and district education officers to  ensure meticulous execution of plan at the ground zero level to translate the ‘Mission Shat Pratishat’ into reality.

“While lauding the consistent, concerted and dedicated efforts being put in by the officials of the Education Department and the school teachers to provide better infrastructure and quality education facilities to the students even during the turbulent period of pandemic covid19, Krishan Kumar, said that keeping in view the dedication being exhibited by the school teachers in braving the challenges, the ‘Mission Shat Pratishat’ did not seem a wishful thinking.

"The Education Department has chalked out a meticulous plan for achieving " Mission Shat Pratishat". The simplified learning material, question banks, model test papers as per the revised syllabus and structure of question papers are being provided to the students. The data analysis of the progress report of the students on the basis of previous house examinations has been done and the micro planning for preparing the weak, average and meritorious students for the ensuing Board examinations has been formulated.

“The school teachers have been taking extra classes both physical and virtual as per the convenience of the students and adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines and adopting innovative initiatives like Buddy Groups and Each One, Ask One”, said the Education Secretary, while asking them to ensure that the learning material, question banks, model test papers and other latest guidelines should reach to the students properly.

He also asked them to mobilise the teachers and students to get the Punjab Educare App downloaded for having easy access to the requisite material and latest information.
