India is often termed where people do not speak English much. However, a video has surfaced online in which an elderly woman can be seen speaking fluent English. She was speaking an essay on former Prime Minister of India Rajiv Gandhi. The video was shared by a twitter user named Arun Bothra with the caption, "How many marks out of 10 for the old lady for this spoken English Test?"
