Punjab SchoolEducation Minister Vijay Inder Singla, on Friday said that as the ChiefMinister Captain Amarinder Singh announced closure of educational institutionsin the state till March 31, the school education department has also decided topostpone exams of all classes till March 31, 2021.
The cabinetminister said that the Congress government is committed to ensure the safety ofthe school students and every possible step will be taken to curb the Covid-19contamination.
Mr. Vijay InderSingla said that the education department would release freshschedule/datesheet of exams before March 31 and mode of examination could alsobe reviewed as per the situation.
