Khalsa Aid India,the humanitarian organisation known for providing support to victims of naturaldisasters and civil conflicts, has launched a crowdfunding drive onImpactGuru.com towards procurement of Oxygen Concentrators and help India fightcovid crisis. 

The campaign hasbeen receiving an overwhelming response since it went live on May 2. In justone week, Khalsa Aid India ImpactGuru fundraiser page has raised over Rs 3crore, cumulatively contributed from over 10,000 donors. The single highestdonation received on the crowdfunding campaign in USD is $10,000 and in INR is2.50 lakh.

"In theseunprecedented times, we have been actively engaged in supporting Covid-19patients with Oxygen Concentrators around the Delhi NCR region. Till now, wehave effectively distributed around 350 + concentrators to needy patients attheir doorstep. We are providing this assistance only in the capital for nowbut we want to expand our outreach to other worst-affected cities as well. Ourgoal is to procure around 5000 concentrators so that other cities are assistedtoo. We have a strong base of volunteers across the country who will carry outthe relief project. In this, we require your kind support to expand ouroutreach. We request you to consider this and collaborate as it is throughcollective efforts only that maximum patients can be assisted and this surgecan be dealt with" reads the Khalsa Aid India ImpactGuru fundraiser page.
