
'Vikram Vedha' is one ofthe most awaited projects of Bollywood. It is a Hindi remake of the Tamil filmwith the same name. A few months ago there was a discussion that Aamir Khanmight play the role of a gangster in this film. But later they got out of it. Therewere speculations that Aamir Khan had decided to walk out of the film due tothe change in the script. But now the reason behind Aamir’s decision is clear.
According to the report ofBollywood Hungama, Aamir Khan wanted Vikram Vedha to be made while keeping inmind the Asian audience on a large scale. He wanted the film story to be basedin China. Since China is like a gold mine for Bollywood. But unfortunately,the makers had to change the whole concept of the film in view of the Covid 19tension and the Indo-China border distress. Seeing all this the 3 idiot’s starAamir Khan decided to opt-out of the film.
A close source of AamirKhan informed the media, “Aamir wanted the film to be the story of a Hongkong-based gangster. He also suggested some changes to the script. So that the filmcan earn a huge amount in China. However, in the meantime tensions on Indo-Chinaborder increased and he withdrew from the project”.
As Aamir has backed outfrom the movie Koi mil Gaya star Hrithik Roshan will be playing the lead role. Nextmonth Hrithik Roshan will start shooting for the Hindi remake of Vikram Vedha.
