Actress Hina Khan's father died on 20 April due to cardiacarrest. At the time of his death, the actress was not present with him. She hadgone to Kashmir because of a shoot. The actress returned to Mumbai immediatelyafter hearing the news of her father's demise.
Recently she shared an emotional note on her social mediaremembering her father. In that post, she informed the public that she will now take abreak from social media for a few days. She wrote, " my beloved fatherAslam Khan left for the heavenly abode on the 20th of April, 2021. I amgrateful to each one of you for checking in on me and my family during thesetough times. While me and my family are mourning the loss, my social mediaaccounts will be handled by my team for upcoming work commitments. Thank youfor your support and love. Hina Khan”.
Hina was very close to her father. She often shared her photoswith her father on social media. In a video shared by the actress, it was seenthat her father had blocked all her credit and debit cards to ensure strictcompliance with the economy during the lockdown. When Hina asked him the reasonhe replied, “the lockdown is not yet over so save your money. I will give you200rs for the coffee itself and the rest for the expenses”.
