
The most well-known rapper in India, Yo Yo Honey Singh, is scheduled to perform at the Chandigarh Sector 25 Rally Ground today. However, before the event, Punjab BJP leader Subhash Sharma wrote to Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria to request that the concert be canceled on March 23 because it is Martyrdom Day. On the other hand, Sector 25 has handled all of the concert's preparations, and the majority of the tickets have been sold. Additionally, Chandigarh Police has released an advisory that the roads will be diverted after 4 PM.

Chandigarh Police informed that if you pass through Central Road and South Road, there will be no parking facility at the concert venue in Sector 25. DC informed us that there should be no lapse of any type in security. Then the rally ground has been checked by senior officers of Chandigarh Police. DSP, Inspector, and police force have been deployed during this time.
To further augment security, CCTV cameras will be placed within and around the show, such that each movement will be recorded. In addition, police will also be stationed around the areas. Just a few days earlier, news of the death of a young man named Ankit in a scuffle and assault on an ASI had surfaced in the nearby Sector 25. The platform where Honey Singh will perform standing and singing at the rally ground in Sector 25 has been arranged, and things have been decorated around it.
