A terrible collision of 2 vehicles took place last night at Garhshankar Hoshiarpur Road Adda Satnaur in which 3 people of the same family have died and 4 have been injured. The collision between the canter and the car was so severe that the front part of the vehicle was destroyed.

According to the information received, a family was going to meet their relatives in Hoshiarpur in their vehicle HR 49H (3720) late at night. As soon as they reached Adda Satnor, Canter PB 06BA (3100) coming from the Mahilpur side, whose driver was drunk, hit the vehicle going on the other side in which 3 members of the same family died.
The deceased family members have been identified as Ravinder Singh son of Amarjit Singh, Divya wife of Ravinder, and Javik son of Sourav. Four members have been admitted to Civil Hospital Garhshankar in injured condition. The police of Garshankar police station reached the spot and took the canter driver into custody and initiated the necessary action.
