Bollywood director Abhishek Kapoor recently shared a video of team ‘Kai Po Che’ shooting the climax scene from the films where Sushant’s character dies. Sharing the video on Instagram, the director said that he saw him die so many times that when he heard the news of him passing away, he went senseless.
Along with the video, he wrote, ‘Ep 6- the climax. We were so charged about this story as we were writing it. i remember I cried when we wrote the climax, I cried when we shot it and I cried when I saw the edit. Mumbai apartment on June 14, 2020, under mysterious circumstances. His death created a massive furore in the country with people demanding a case against the Bollywood industry.
Soon after his case was taken up by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). Several celebrities were questioned about the case.
In a recent development, the drug agency has filed a charge sheet of over 12,000 pages against 33 people which also includes his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and brother Showvik’s name.
