Sharmila Tagore married Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, the titular Nawab of Pataudi and Bhopal and former captain of the Indian cricket team, on 27 December 1968. She is the
mother of Saif Ali Khan, Saba Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan.
