India clinched their 10th innings win under Virat Kohli as they crushed Bangladesh in the 1st of the ongoing 2-Test series in Indore on Saturday.

India winning at home in Test matches is becoming an inevitable event and it was no different against Bangladesh. There was no looking back for the visitors who were bundled out for 150 after opting to bat on a relatively greenish top at the Holkar Stadium.

Bangladesh were without 2 of their established stars in Tamim Iqbal and Shakib Al Hasan and their absence was felt as they lacked the spark to trouble the well-oiled Indian unit in the series opener.

Mayank Agarwal made sure India needed to bat only once for the 3rd successive time in the ongoing home season. Notably, India had handed South Africa innings defeats twice on the trot in October.

Failing to reduce the 1st-innings deficit of 343, Bangladesh were bundled out for 213 in the 2nd innings of the Indore Test on Saturday. There was some late resistance in Bangladesh's 2nd innings as Mushfiqur Rahim hit a fifty supported by Litton Das and Mehdy Hasan but it wasn't enough to prevent the 1st Test ending inside 3 days.
