When the incident happened, no one was in the room. Its impact has also come on the wall. The DGP stated that the possibility of a terrorist strike in this instance is currently being investigated.

Significant information has surfaced from police intelligence sources. This attack was part of a plot to blow up the Intelligence Headquarters building. Defense analysts believe that if the bombs had gone straight into the room, there would have been a significant loss.

According to the DGP, the police have a lot of leads. The matter will be resolved soon. At the same time, significant information on the suspected Swift car in this case has been obtained. After the explosion, this Swift car drove to Haryana. There, too, the police raided and arrested some individuals. A team from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrived in Mohali to investigate.

The police have brought two individuals into custody in this instance. According to accounts, only foreign handlers were assigned to this role. The Punjab Police's Organized Crime Control Unit (OCCU) and the Anti-Gangster Task Force have offices in the same building (AGTF). Gangsters are likely to be involved in such a circumstance.

The attack was launched from roughly 80 metres away, according to the police. A criminal complaint has been filed against the unknown assailant. Following that, intelligence is examining the CCTV video and cell tower in the region.

Delhi Chief Minister and AAP's National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal has said that the Mohali blast is a cowardly act by those who want to disturb the peace of Punjab.
Following the incident, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) became operational. On Tuesday about 11 a.m., an NIA team arrived at the Punjab Intelligence Office.

CM Bhagwant Mann has called a conference of police officers to discuss the Mohali blast. Officers from the Intelligence Wing have also been called. CM Mann stated that the country's enemies have been attempting to destabilise the environment in Punjab for a long time. He has a meeting with the Punjab Police DGP and intelligence personnel.
