Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will face Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the 15th match of the IPL 2021 on Wednesday (April 21st) evening at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders will face three-time champions Chennai Super Kings at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai in one of the most-anticipated VIVO IPL 2021 clashes.

It will be both teams' fourth match in the IPL 2021 season. KKR lost by 10 runs to Mumbai Indians (MI) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by 38 runs after winning their season opener by 10 runs against SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH).

CSK, on the other hand, started the IPL 2021 season with a 7-wicket loss to Delhi Capitals (DC), but then went on to win by 6 wickets and 45 runs against Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Rajasthan Royals (RR), respectively.

The upcoming match between KKR and CSK will be the 25th T20 match between the two teams.

There have been some questions about where MS Dhoni can bat, CSK's batting strategies, and Ruturaj Gaikwad's form. Despite this, CSK has won two of their first three games. Although the bowlers have largely set the tone for the victories, CSK can readily admit that they haven't been at their best so far. And for any opponent, that can be a frightening prospect.

Kolkata Knight Riders: Nitish Rana, Shubman Gill, Rahul Tripathi, Eoin Morgan (C), Sunil Narine, Dinesh Karthik (wk), Andre Russell, Pat Cummins, Harbhajan Singh, Kamlesh Nagarkoti, Varun Chakravarthy.

Chennai Super Kings: Ruturaj Gaikwad, Faf du Plessis, Moeen Ali, Suresh Raina, Ambati Rayudu, Ravindra Jadeja, MS Dhoni (C/wk), Sam Curran, Shardul Thakur, Dwayne Bravo/Lungi Ngidi, Deepak Chahar.
