For the unversed, Rishab Shetty emerged as a pan-India star with Kantara, which made over Rs 400 crore at the box office last year. He recently announced Kantara 2, giving fans a reason to rejoice. The movie begins with the opening plot back in the 18th century when a king gives a piece of land to the villagers in lieu of peace and joy. The film, which was released on September 30, is an action-thriller written and directed by Rishab and produced by Vijay Kiragandur.
