In a pursuit to get justice for Sushant Singh Rajput, advocate Ishkaran Singh Bhandari has come forward on the direction of BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy. Going live with a YouTube page, Ishkaran appealed to the fans of Sushant Singh Rajput who haven't signed the online petition for the justice of Sushant Singh Rajput. Although, the online petition has nothing to do with the court proceedings, but it can assert pressure on the government.
Ishkaran explained that if the petition will be signed on a large number then he might not have to go to court and the government themselves will order CBI Inquiry for Sushant. He said in a democracy, not only justice must be done but it should be seen as well. On being asked on reports, Sushant's social media active even after his demise, he said that this is the reason why he has asked Mumbai Police to preserve the electronic evidence. Sushant's digital history can reveal many facts and even can solve the case but it can be easily destroyed. So forensic of electronic evidence must be preserved.
He also outlined that if Sushant's building CCTV footage was not working then adjacent buildings CCTV must be working and it can reveal many things. HJope Mumbai Police must have taken that CCTV footage during the investigation.
On being asked about Sushant's parents not coming up in front, Ishkaran said it is quite an early stage but their involvement will strengthen the case. He also said if Mumbai Police are not acknowledging the case publically then it is wrong.
