After receiving the backlash from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and several right-wing groups, clothing line Fabinida cancelled their Diwali ad. “As we welcome the festival of love and light, Jashn-e-Riwaaz by Fabindia is a collection that beautifully pays homage to Indian culture,” the retailer had tweeted on October 9, announcing the clothing line.
