Jai Sud rides to glory with gold at National Equestrian Championship

An all rounder, Jai, has further plans to move to London for higher studies. Besides, he has plans to continue participating in more national and international championships to add more into his medal tally, his father informed.

18-year- old local equestrian Jai Sud brought laurels to the city by striking a gold medal at the Junior National Equestrian Championship, held at Army Polo and Riding Club, New Delhi from December 20 to 30.

As per information, Jai participated in the three events namely Eventing, Dressage and Show Jumping, in which he won gold medal as an individual as well team in the Eventing, silver medal in the Dressage and fourth position in the show jumping under one meter category.

A student of Mayo College, Ajmer, Jai Sud, has been an ardent rider since the age of 12, informed Gaurav Sud, father of Jai. In conversation with the True Scoop, he said that Jai has won various school-level, national and among riding events and that he has his own horses, which were specially imported for him from foreign lands.
