The police have successfully arrested the main accused in the Pearl Hospital Nurse’s Murder Case. During the incident, one nurse identified as Baljinder Kaur lost her life while the other is critical. Both of them were attacked with a sharp weapon.
INCIDENT EXPLAINED
Both the nurses of the hospital were asleep in the hostel a night. An unknown person climbed the wall of the hospital’s hostel and climbed onto the roof. The person intended to kill Baljinder Kaur and then run away from there. He is a resident of Tibbi tehsil, Amloh in Fetegarh district.
As per the information by the Police Commissioner Jalandhar, Gursharan Singh Sadhu, the accused has been identified as Satgur Singh who is 34 years old. The accused is unmarried and works as a gardener in the Municipal Council Mandi Gobindgarh.
The interrogation revealed that the accused has been connected to deceased Baljinder Kaur through social media for the last 4 months and also wanted to marry her. Sometime back they argued and in anger, he decided to kill her.

The accused came to Jalandhar in a train and on Wednesday night, entered the hospital and in a rage killed Baljinder Kaur. When her friend, Jyoti Parmar who was sleeping beside her tried to save Baljinder and defend herself, the accused also attacked her and escaped from the spot.
The incident took place in the hospital located near Sangha Chowk in Green Model Town.
