In tragic news today, a young man from Jalandhar was found dead in a public government bathroom at Bhargo Camp in Jalandhar. The 27-year-old was found dead at the Talli vala chowk at Bhargo Camp with several injections and narcotics in his possession. According to reports, he usually frequented the place to administer drugs through injections, but most recently died due to administrating overdose. The deceased has been identified as Preet Singh, a resident of Lohia.
Nearby residents inform that Preet Singh had a drug addiction and would frequently visit the place in question in order to indulge. He would often come to the chowk to abuse drugs as he was doing yesterday evening. He would administer drugs using injections and also consumed various kinds of drugs.
The Bhargo Station Police arrived at the site as soon as the information regarding the youth’s dead body was received. Sources that intoxicating syringes and drugs were recovered from the youth’s possession. The body has been recovered by the police and put in their custody for investigation.
