BiggBoss 12 contestant Jasleen Matharu has been deeply affected by SidharthShukla's death. The Bigg Boss 13 winner breathed his last on September 2 due toa sudden heart attack. This left Jasleen horribly shocked, so much so that shehad to be hospitalised. Her fever shot up when she came back home after meetingSidharth's family and rumoured girlfriend, Shehnaaz Gill.

Jasleenshared a video from the hospital talking about the same. Sharingthe video, Jasleen captioned it, “Will be fine soon, Will be back. Apna Apnadhyan de (Take care of yourself) (sic).”

SidharthShukla breathed his last on September 2, leaving his fans, friends andcolleagues in utter shock. Jasleen Matharu took to Instagram to share a videoof herself lying on a hospital bed with IV drip fixed on her left palm. She isheard saying in Hindi, “The day Sidharth died, I had visited his home. I wastotally shaken up - first, on hearing the news and then, seeing the atmosphereat his place.

Aftermeeting Shehnaaz (Gill) and aunty (Rita Shukla, Sidharth's mother), when I camehome, I saw messages I had received, which said: ‘Tum bhi mar jao (you alsodie)’. This is the first time in my life that I have been affected so badly. Ithought to myself - how unpredictable is life, everything feels so strange. Idon't know what happened but I had temperature (103 degree) yesterday and I hadto be hospitalised. Take care of yourself and pray that I, too, get wellsoon."

Forthe uninitiated, when Jasleen Matharu had condoled Sidharth Shukla's death onsocial media, a troll had messaged her saying, "Bahut jaldi tum bhi marjao (Very soon you also die)." Jasleen lost her cool and schooled thisperson for making a joke out of someone's death.
