Kajol's sister Tanisha Mukerji has told in her recent interview that like many Bollywood celebrities, she too got her eggs frozen at the age of 39.
For the past few years , the trend of freezing their eggs has increased among Bollywood celebrities. From Ekta Kapoor, Mona Singh to Rakhi Sawant, many celebs have kept their eggs frozen. Now Tanisha Mukerji, younger sister of Bollywood actress Kajol, has told that she too has got her eggs frozen. Tanisha has told that at the age of 33, she wanted to freeze her eggs, but her doctor refused her to do so.
Freeze eggs at 39
Tanisha told that when there was no chance of conceiving her child, her doctor advised her to freeze the eggs and finally at the age of 39, she froze her eggs. Talking to a local news channel she said, 'I wanted to freeze my eggs at the age of 33. When I went to my doctor, he forbade me to do so at that time. My doctor advised me to freeze eggs when there was no hope of conceiving my baby. It is my personal choice and having a child is not necessary.
Not necessary to have man or child in life
Tanisha further said in the conversation that the biggest desire in a woman's life is not just to have children. Expressing her feelings, the actress said that 'not every woman needs to have children'. You can adopt a child, there are many children in the world. I think people should come out and talk openly about it. She said, 'I think it is not necessary that you get married or be in a relationship with someone. You don't need a man in life to define you.

Tanisha said that having a child is not the only purpose of a woman's life. It doesn't matter if a woman doesn't have a child, he said. She said that it is not necessary to get married or be in a relationship with anyone.
Tanisha’s mother reaction
When Tanisha was asked what was her mother's reaction to her decision. Responding to this, Tanisha said that her mother has always supported her decision. Tanisha considers her mother to be a modern minded woman.Tanuja supported Tanisha in this decision as well. Tanisha said that her mother is a very progressive and modern minded woman.
Live-in relationships
During an event, once Tanisha was asked what she thinks about the Supreme Court legalising live-in relationships, the actress said in response to the question, 'In today's life people are moving forward and That's how we got mixed up with those things. You can't get so caught up in anything, marriage is just a concept of the mind. When two people have been living with each other for years, they are only married in their mind. A sheet of paper cannot tell that you are married. Your heart and mind tells that you are married.
Today's couples will definitely agree with this concept .To get married or not can be your personal decision and choice. These days the partners decide to live with each other after falling in love. In which they like to live married life without marriage. This society has named it as live-in relationship.
