Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut on Saturday shared her video on the ongoing controversy of farmers protest. Kangana shared her video after PM Modi tried to clarify and drive away the doubts of the farmers on the newly passed agriculture laws.
PM Modi on Friday requested all the political parties to stop misguiding farmers on the farm laws cleared by the government and said that games are being played for political gains. He also said that by clearing the farm bills, he just wants to ease the life of farmers. PM Modi also addressed the farmers on the controversy on MSP. He said, "Our government did the work of implementing the report by Swaminathan Committee. If we had to remove the MSP, then why would the Swaminathan Committee report be implemented? Our government is so serious about the MSP that it announces MSP every time before sowing. This makes it easier for the farmers because they also learn first about the MSP of their crop."
Now, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut who fromm day 1 supported the new farm bills shared her video. She said, "I had promised that when the farmers protest will be exposed like Shaheen Bagh then I will talk on this. I have faced emotional, mental lynching, online lynching. I have faced also rape death threats. Therefore it is my right to ask few questions from the people of India. PM Modi has removed all the confusions pertaining to the new farm laws. It is obvious that the farmers protest was politically motivated and terrorists als started participating in it."
"I have been brought up in Punjab and I know 99.99% people of Punjab does not want Khalistan. They don't want to divide India. From Arunachal Pradesh to Maharashtra entire India is theirs. They all are nationalists. However, I don't have any problems with terrorists and people who want to divide India, my problem is with the innocents wh let them use themselves. Like in Shaheen Bagh, the Dadi Ji who couldn't even read came to protest for her citizenship. One Dadiji from Punjab is abusing badly and trying to save her land from the government. What is going on in India? I have complain that why everyday a nationalist person like me have to give so much clarification everyday but no-one questions the intentions of Diljit Dosanjh and Priyanka Chopra. If I talk for my country's benefits they say that I am doing politics. As them what they are doing?"
