A 17-year-old minor boy being assaulted and then raped by two youths from the same village of Kapurthala. The victim's youth has been admitted to the civil hospital. FIR has been registered against both at Dhilwan police station. The accused and started searching for them. This has also been confirmed by investigating officer ASI Paramjeet Singh.
Dhilwan police station investigating officer ASI Paramjeet Singh, said that MLR had reached him. After which the victim minor was brought to the Civil Hospital for treatment and examination. There are deep marks of assault on the back of the young man. “The boy was raped or not would be known only after the medical report comes. If anyone is found accused in this case, strict action will be taken against him.” he added.
On the other hand 17-year-old minor youth undergoing treatment in the Civil Hospital told that yesterday at 7 pm he was walking outside the house after having dinner. Then two youths from the village came on a bike and asked him to go with them. But both the bike riding youths took him on the motor of a farmer from the same village. Where they took him to a room and first beat him and then raped. Soon after that, he was asked not to tell anyone about this and was given death threats.
The father of the minor youth said, that his son was beaten and raped by two youths of the village yesterday. After which he remained sitting in fear at home for the last 2 days. When he was asked again and again, he told the whole thing. After which the youth was admitted to the civil. Where the MLR was cut and sent to the concerned police station.
Investigating officer of Dhilwan police station, ASI Paramjeet Singh, said that based on the statement of the victim youth, an FIR has been registered against the accused Gurdayal Singh and Goma and raids are being conducted to search for them as they are still absconding.
