8. The event is subject to government permission. In case the event is canceled, a full refund shall be issued to all patrons.
9. Alcohol will be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on the display of valid age proof.
10. Any disputes are to be settled under Chandigarh jurisdiction courts only.
