Karisma Kapoor celebrates daughter Samaira’s 16 birthday with feast of cakes, actress shares pics from celebrations

Krisma Kapoor took to Instagram to share the celebratory pictures of her daughter’s 16 birthday which looked like a feast of cakes.

On Thursday, actress Karisma Kapoor celebrated her daughter Samaira’s 16th birthday and shared a series of pictures from the birthday festivities. The mother-daughter duo looked extremely happy in the pictures. She posted a childhood photo of Samaira in which the teenager can be seen donning a pink princess gown with a headband that features pretty flowers and beads and in another the recent with mother and cake. Karisma sharing her happiness about her girl turning 16, wrote, "You will always be my little princess. Happy 16th birthday. #mybabygirl #happybirthday.”

 

In the photographs, both Karisma and Samaira have opted for a casual look. Karisma sported an all-black tee attire and Samaira is wearing a long casual tee with a bright pink sashay on with the words "Samaira's sweet 16" written on it and completed her night’s outfit with a tiara. 

Karisma also posted some more photos of her stories and videos from the celebrations, displaying a variety of cakes that Samira received and also a picture of the welcome board.

Earlier that day, Samaira’s aunt, actress Kareena Kapoor too wrote a special wish for her niece and said, "You call me Bebo Ma for a reason...Cause when Mom says no you know who to turn to. Always got you, my girl. Forever. Fly high, be happy and healthy. I love you, our firstborn baby. Happy birthday, Samu."

Karisma Kapoor was first introduced in Bollywood with a romantic love story Prem Qaidi, 1991, and got a breakthrough with the 1996 romantic-drama Raja Hindustani, opposite Aamir Khan. She has featured in several hit Hindi films like Dil To Pagal Hai, Judwaa, Biwi No 1 among others. Her last screen appearance was in the web-series Mentalhood.
