Just few hours after Deputy Commissioner Jalandhar announced ‘Night Curfew’ in Jalandhar to prevent the second wave of deadly virus to spread, a list of essential activities which will be permitted during the night curfew hours, has been released by the district administration.
As per the orders, there will be no restriction on essential services and activities related to medical emergency cases; neither will there be any on movement of people and goods on national and state highways.
“Inter-state and intra state movement of persons and unloading of cargo and travel of persons to their destinations after disembarking from buses, trains and aeroplanes will be permitted during the restrictive conditions”, the orders read.
Besides, industries and factories opened 24 hours have been permitted to operate during the curfew hours.
