Zendaya the star of Spider-Man: Far From Home Star is actually a true star in the real world. She recently turned to vegetarian and the reason for her move is cruelty against the innocent animals. She currently follows a diet full of plants.
It all happened when she was just 11 years old when she and her father encountered a slaughterhouse.
Talking about the same she said “I thought it was awful, all those animals getting packed up in there waiting to be killed. I couldn’t believe that’s how I’d been getting my meat!
But the motivation to become a vegetarian came in when she saw PETA’S 2009 documentary Glass Walls.
The tag line of the documentary is “if slaughterhouses had glass walls, everyone would be vegetarian” which actually inspired her to quit meat.
She also said that in the initially missed meat a lot and she even got a dream which she calls as a ‘crazy dream’ she said she had a “crazy dream about raining hamburgers and giant food falling out of the sky”
But now she doesn’t miss meat anymore she says “I don’t like the taste of meat. It actually makes me feel weird,” Anyhow she accepted that she missed her mother’s “famous turkey burgers.”
