KVS Admission 2021-22: Class 1 provisional list releasing today, know how to check results

The first list will be released by individual Kendriya Vidyalaya branches on their respective websites.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) on June 23, today will release the first list of Class 1 admissions. The list will be uploaded on the official website as soon as the draw of lots is over. Students, parents/ guardians can check the official notice on kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in.

The portal provides information on admission to Standard 1 in Kendriya Vidyalayas across India for the academic year 2021-2022. The first list will be released by individual Kendriya Vidyalaya branches on their respective website and if seats remain vacant, the second list will be released by June 30 and the third by July 5.

So far the notice on the official website reads, ” The new date of draw of lots for Admission in Class- 1 is now revised to 23rd June 2021, Wednesday.”

At the time of admission, parents will require a set of documents like- age proof certificate, SC/ST/EWS/OBC/BPL certificate, proof of relationship of either of the child’s parent with the Hon’ble Member of Parliament or PSU employees, proof of relationship of either of the child’s parent with the KVS employees (serving or retired), a certificate from the civil surgeon/rehabilitation center or any other competent authority defined by the Government of India, service certificate showing the number of transfers, certificate of retirement for uniformed Defence employees and proof of residence.

Of total available seats, 25 percent are reserved for Right to education, 15 percent for SC, 7.5 percent for ST and 27 percent for OBC.

How to Check Results

To check the released list, visit the respective KV website.

On the homepage or under the admission section you will find a ‘list published’ button.

Click on the ‘list published’ button and check the names of your children.
