Today, June 30 is the last date for the registration of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi and if you haven't done so already, then do it today to avail the benefit from the scheme. As per the scheme, if eligible farmers register in PM Kisan Samman Nidhi by June 30, they would receive Rs 4000. If their application is approved, the farmer's family will get Rs 2000 in July and the remaining installment of Rs 2000 in August.
What is PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana?
The Central government has launched several measures and schemes to aid the farmer of the nation. One such scheme is Pradhan Mantri Kissan Samman Nidhi Yojana, which has its own significance.
This scheme provides financial support to all landholding farmer families in the country allowing them to supplement their financial needs for agricultural and associated supplies, as well as domestic needs.
Under this scheme, the small and marginal farmer families having combined landholding/ ownership of up to 2 hectares are given Rs 6000 annually, available in three installments. The state government and UT administration identify the farmer families that are eligible for the scheme and then the fund is directly deposited to the recipient's bank account. Farmers must register themselves under the scheme in order to avail the benefits.

So far, the first installment of Rs 2000 of this year has arrived in the account of 10.34 crore farmers. By July 31, the money will be transferred to the bank accounts of remaining farmers.

To register yourself, visit the official website of PM Kisan- pmkisan.gov.in.
On the homepage, you will see an option ‘Farmers Corner’. Click on the option and further click on the option of New Farmer Registration.
A new tab will open in which you have to fill in the Aadhaar number and Captcha.
