The latest arrest in singer Moose Wala’s killing including sixth shooter Deepak Mundi along with his aides Kapil Pandit and Rajendra Joker was set to leave for Dubai via Nepal.
Punjab Police DGP Gaurav Yadav during the press briefing after the arrest informed Police revealed that Kapil Pandit who came in contact with Lawrence Bishnoi through Goldy Brar and Sampat was deployed with the task of killing Bollywood star Salman Khan.
During the inquiry, Pandit confessed that for the task he went to Mumbai and spent days doing the recce. Later, at the briefing, Gaurav Yadav said, that if deemed necessary we will even send a team to Mumbai to look into the matter and reach a consensus on what might have led to the situation.
The police have registered a case against 35 people in the Moose Wala killing case out of which 23 are under police custody, 2 were gunned down during a Police encounter in Amritsar, while, 10 are still on run.
